You have confused racism with xenophobia, which is the fear/hatred of those perceived as foreign or Other.

As Marley kindly explained to more than one person on this article, racism is about power.

Racism has elements of xenophobia in it, racism also has elements of prejudice in it, but in order to BE racist, you need power.
