Karen (and all those who have been socialised as female) is being repeatedly kicked in the balls by the patriarchy, and she fell over and messed up her clothes. Some of us don’t fall over, some of us are stronger, some of us have been kicked in the balls so often that we don’t want to give any satisfaction to the guy who kicked us by falling over.

Doesn’t stop the fact that we are all, Karen included, being kicked in the proverbial balls.
