Perhaps this isn’t something being as talked about in the United States, but in the UK, male victims are an integral part of the campaign to properly re-criminalise rape (it has been de facto decriminalised, as only 1.4% of reported cases are prosecuted). As are trans and non-binary victims, and there is a campaign to raise awareness for the racial bias in how victims of colour are treated. Is there not a parallel movement for this in the US?
